ETAD member companies must adhere to the chemical safety regulations that apply in the countries and regions where they operate.

To ensure that regulatory authorities have access to the latest information when formulating regulations, ETAD provides access to resources such as our literature database, information notices, as well as analytical and test methods.

We also collaborate with regulatory authorities on toxicological and environmental projects specific to dyes and pigments. Our overall aim is to support regulators in their efforts to harmonize existing and new regulations wherever possible to ensure that our members can comply easily.
